Bio Summary

As a first generation student, I am humbled to be the first in my family to not only have graduated from a four-year institution, but to also have pursued graduate education at Virginia Tech. While being a full-time graduate student, I embraced various leadership roles on campus along with service learning opportunities in the community to supplement my studies. These experiences reflect my desire to pay forward the tools and knowledge provided by the MPA  program to embrace Ut Prosim ("That I May Serve") as a way of life. I successfully defended my Master's in May of 2019.
